A well-crafted 'About' page is the heartbeat of your company’s website, building trust and credibility by sharing your unique story, mission, and values. It humanizes your brand, making it relatable and memorable to customers while setting you apart from competitors.

By highlighting your achievements and the passionate team behind your success, you not only engage visitors but also enhance your professional image, driving brand loyalty and growth.

Here's our checklist of what to include for an 'About' page that says it all. You might not want to add every item, but feel free to pick and choose what works for your brand.

💡 All of the examples below are part of the newsroom package. All you need to do is email hello@pr.co and we'll help you set up your widget of choice.

  • Company Overview: A brief introduction to who you are and what you do. This should be concise and clearly explain your business.

  • Mission Statement: A clear and compelling statement of your company's mission, outlining your goals and the purpose behind your business.

  • History and Background: A narrative of your company’s journey, including when it was founded, key milestones, and significant achievements.

  • Values and Culture: Information about your core values, culture, and what your company stands for. This helps to build an emotional connection with your audience.

  • Team Introduction: Introduce key members of your team with photos and short bios. Highlighting the people behind the company adds a personal touch.

    Example: Alteos

  • Company Overview Video: A short, engaging video introducing your company, mission, or team.

    Example: Fever
