Is your organisation working with multiple country newsrooms? Then a core feature of this system is the Delegate to country option, which allows you to assign releases coming from your global newsroom to country-specific newsrooms and teams.
Through this method you are able to ensure that your releases will look the same across your organisation's newsrooms, while allowing them to be translated and published by your teams.
To delegate a release to a country;
Go to your campaign dashboard and select the settings cog icon on the right side of your release's title.
Click on the Delegate to country option.
3. On the next page, complete the form with the destination newsroom, desired publish date and an optional message to your colleagues.
4. Look out for the confirmation banner.
Your colleagues working in the newsroom you've delegated the release to will receive an email with an invitation to edit and translate the campaign. Also, if they log onto their campaign dashboard they will be able to see the campaign draft with the assigned publishing date:
