To get you started, we'd recommend you do the following things when first signing into the platform:
Update your username and password
You've most likely been invited to the platform by a colleague via email. If you've not already, make sure to set your password to something secure.
Set up 2FA
Keep your information safe and make logging in super easy by setting up 2FA. You'll need to download an authenticator app first.
Choose your email notifications
Decide from the get-go which emails you need to receive in your inbox. Read more about how to set up your email notifications.
Set up an email report
Did you know you can receive an email report with your newsroom stats right to your inbox each month? Write to us with your email address and we'll do the rest!
Enable AI Assist
Our AI Assist feature will help you write headline and summary text in the blink of an eye. Enable it in the Power Ups section of your dashboard menu.
Add a default email signature
Compose a default email signature and text for more efficient and consistent email sends. In the Account Settings of your dashboard.
