Now you can shout about all your upcoming events, and allows viewers to add the dates to their calendar with a click of a button.
Just like media kits, clippings, and topics have their own page in your newsroom, now you can also feature your events in their own newsroom section:
Why add the Events feature?
With this new feature, it is easier to ensure that your audience stays in the loop with all upcoming events by your company.
Now, each event can be featured in a fully branded list, where viewers can read more about the event, add it to their personal calendar, and RSVP to it.
Besides featuring your events prominently in your newsroom so your visitors won't miss out in any upcoming product launches, conferences, or networking events from your company, now you also can share a link to your events page. This way, your press contacts can have a full overview and complete information of all events coming up:
Besides having a calendar overview of your events, if you click into an event, you will be taken to a page with more information, either an online document or a video. Additionally, there are the following options:
Share the event on social media
Register for the event
If relevant, visitors can book a 1-1 meeting with a contact from your company
Enable Events
To enable the Events page in your newsroom, click Newsroom Settings > General > tick the Events box > Save.
β οΈ If you have more than one newsroom or market, you'll need to enable Events for each newsroom.
Add a new event
Once you enable the Events feature, a new Events section will appear in the newsroom menu. Click into it and then click Create event.
Regular event or virtual event?
PR.co offers two choices for adding events to your newsroom:

We'll be adding a regular event now, but click for more information about our Virtual Events feature.
Next, populate the following fields with the relevant information.
Check the details, and now you're ready to publish. Consider emailing your potential attendees using the PR CRM to share the good news!
Edit or delete an event
In case you'd like to edit or delete an event, you can do so by clicking on the βοΈ icon on the far-right side of your event's name.
