The pr.co platform lets you shout about all your upcoming events, and allows viewers to add the dates to their calendar with a click of a button.
To add an event to your newsroom, follow this step-by-step guide.
Enable the Events feature
To enable the Events page in your newsroom, click Newsroom Settings > General > tick the Events box > Save.
β οΈ If you have more than one newsroom or market, you'll need to enable Events for each newsroom.
Add a new event
Once you enable the Events feature, a new Events section will appear in the newsroom menu. Click into it and then click Create event.
Regular event or virtual event?
pr.co offers two choices for adding events to your newsroom:
Regular event
This option is a free feature, already included in your subscription.
Virtual event
Virtual Events let you host your own live or pre-recorded events, fully branded with chat and Q&A options right from the newsroom.
We'll be adding a regular event now, but click for more information about our Virtual Events feature.
Next, populate the following fields with the relevant information.
Check the details, and now you're ready to publish. Consider emailing your potential attendees using the PR CRM to share the good news!
Edit or delete an event
In case you'd like to edit or delete an event, you can do so by clicking on the βοΈ icon on the far-right side of your event's name.
