Payment methods

We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and PayPal. You can also choose to pay by bank transfer.

My credit card expired

You first need to log in and add a new one into your account. For more information on how to do this, click here.

Refused payment

No problem, it means we'll have to sort it out in a different way.ย 

You can either log in and restart the payment, or let us know about it. If it's not sorted out, after a few days your subscription stops and your newsroom goes offline.

Can I get a refund?

During your first month, or under extraordinary circumstances, you can be eligible for a refund if you're not happy with pr.co.

How long are pr.co standard contracts?

Our standard contracts are for one year minimum. Once the initial annual contract is completed, the terms will automatically renew for the following year.

Any special plans for startups or non-profit organisations?

How often do I get invoiced for my subscription?

We have two billing cycle options: monthly or annually. This usually depends on the type of contract and newsroom your organisation has with pr.co.

What's your cancellation policy?

For all types of subscriptions, we ask that you cancel with at least a month's notice before the end of your current term. If you want your subscription to be cancelled immediately, unfortunately we are not able to refund any credits you might have until the end of your term.
