My credit card expired
You first need to log in and add a new one into your account. For more information on how to do this, click here.
Uh-oh, it means we'll have to sort it out in a different way.
You can either log in and restart the payment, or let us know about it. If it's not sorted out, after a few days your subscription stops and your newsroom goes offline.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Your content will remain online for as long as your subscription is valid. After that time, we reserve the right to take it offline.
If at any time you would like for your newsrooms and releases to be available again, you can reactivate your subscription by going to the same Billing overview page and choose "Upgrade”.

During your first month, or under extraordinary circumstances, you can be eligible for a refund if you're not happy with pr.co.
