When you send out your campaign to your contacts, you can check its performance via our reporting system. Or, if you have a particular contact you'd like to check on, you can follow these steps instead:

  1. Go to your Contacts and click on "All Contacts"

  2. Type in the name of the contact you'd like to view

  3. Click on the contact's email - this should take you to a screen like this:

On this individual view mode, you can check on the contact's activities (either all of them or specific ones, such as "Email spammed").

A contact's activity will be shown with the following icons:

  • If your campaign was delivered successfully, then the message icon with a check will display

  • Every time a contact clicks on the link to your campaign, the arrow in the yellow circle will show

  • Every time a contact opens your email, the eye icon in the blue circle will show
