Is your release ready to go live? Here are the ways you can share it with specific press lists or to a wider audience.

First, you can publish your release on your newsroom. This will automatically feature it on your page - all you need to do is make sure that it is set as a public campaign:

If that box on your campaign's settings remains unticked, then the release will be published on your newsroom. If you wish to share it with some contacts only or hide it from your newsroom at some point, you can always set it as private by ticking the box and saving your changes. 

Do you want to share your release with one or more contact lists? You can do so by proceeding to step 3 - Timeline. There you are able to write, schedule and send emails to any contact lists or segments in your CRM:

In case you want to reach a wider audience and share your news on your company's social media accounts, please note that you cannot do it automatically from pr.co. 

While we're still working on this feature, you can easily share your news by simply copying the link to your public campaign and sharing it as a status on platforms such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, and more. To do so, all you need is the link on your browser for your campaign once it's published on your newsroom:
