Are you trying to upload your contacts with an Excel file onto your organisation's CRM and not succeeding?
The most important thing to know about the CRM is that it is based on having unique email addresses. We'll start here with some easy checks you can do:
Duplicate emails. Ensure that all your email addresses in the Excel are different. Any duplicates will mean that the upload will not work.
Errors in the email field. Double check there aren't any extra spaces, or additional characters in your emails.
Hyperlinks. If your emails are hyperlinked, this could be causing the error.
A common error can happen if the tags in your file look like this:
If one of the tags on the "tags" column in your spreadsheet has a comma right after it without any words following it, you will not be able to successfully upload the file. This causes the system to not acknowledge the file as a whole, as that tag counts as invalid. To avoid this issue, make sure that if you include tags in your Excel spreadsheet, that they do not end with a comma.
Most of the times this type of error occurs, the cause is a minor flaw in the formatting which leads to an incompatibility with our CRM system. Please double check your file if you encounter this error and try to upload it again. Tip: always use Chrome or Safari when trying to upload contacts to pr.co - these browser options work faster and more efficiently!
