We have listened to your requests and we are proud to announce our latest feature available to all standard pr.co newsrooms: PDF previews!

With this feature you will be able to organize your PDF documents better, as it allows you to see their cover page AND title once they are uploaded onto your media library

In order to make things easier for you, we have made sure to apply this update to all of your past PDF documents, so they will also be displayed with their cover image.

To add a new PDF document, you simply need to click on the button: + Upload media files on your newsroom's media library. Once the upload is finished, the PDF will automatically appear with a cover photo:

This PDF preview feature can also be seen on your media kits section, both on your dashboard as well as on your live newsroom:

Attention:

  • If you have multiple newsrooms under your organization, the PDFs will only show in the library of the given country or organization where you have uploaded them to.

  • This feature is supported by most of our newsrooms - if this is not the case with your company, please get in touch with our support team.

  • PDF previews are not available yet when documents are uploaded directly onto your release. However, the PDF with a download option will be highlighted as a link button:

Tip: You can edit the title of your PDF by going to your media library or media kits section and clicking on the name of the document. There you should be able to rename your PDF in order to avoid long titles or links to show on your release.

And that's it!

If you run into any issues, have any questions or feature requests for us, do not hesitate to contact our team. We will get back to you shortly!
