If your organisation’s subscription is set up to be paid for on a monthly basis, you will be automatically charged on the same day of the month.

Make sure you have filled in your billing information correctly while setting up your newsroom and that it remains updated. Please note that only users with admin roles are able to make changes to this.

To access your company's billing details, click on the gear icon on the bottom left of your newsroom dashboard. There you should be able to find the "Billing" option which will take you to this page:

Once your subscription is up and running and the monthly fee for your newsroom(s) has been charged, an invoice will be automatically sent as a pdf to the email address which has been used to register your pr.co account. Additionally, the person who is the holder of the credit card linked to the subscription will also receive a pdf copy of the monthly invoice.

In case you are the owner of the admin email account and did not happen to receive these invoices from our billing system, please contact our support team.
