You can store all media files to be used in your organisation's campaigns and press kits in your Media Library.

Our Media Library officially supports image files in JPEG and PNG, GIFs, embedded videos from Youtube and Vimeo, sound files from Soundcloud, and PDF documents.

Attention: If your organisation has multiple countries and/or newsrooms, they will have their own Media Library, which allows you to have files specific to that newsroom.

Adding files to your Media Library is very simple. First, click on the Media Library tab in your Newsroom dashboard:

If you wish to add a video or sound file, click on the button + Embed video, which will then lead you to this:

If you'd like to add an image, GIF or pdf document, click on the button + Upload media files. There you will be able to upload your files, which then will be added to your Media Library and categorised according to their type:

You can remove files at anytime by just clicking on their thumbnail and then pressing on the trash icon on the upper right corner:

You can always access your Media Library by clicking on the menu option in your Newsroom dashboard. Additionally, you can also include these files to your campaigns or press kits.

To access your Media Library while writing a campaign, select the single media item or image gallery option in the editor menu. Once you click on the + Click to upload media button, you will be directed to your Media Library:

To access your Media Library in order to include files in your press kit, click on the + Add media button in the upper right corner. You should then be directed to your Media Library where you will be able to select which media files you'd like to show in your press kit:

Please note that the files in your Media Library (if not posted in public press kits or campaigns) are visible to your organization's users only.

You will be able to see the latest 1000 files in your Media Library. After 1000, as you add new files, the older ones will no longer be visible, although they are not lost! There's a limited capacity in the platform but we can recuperate any old images you need. Just get in touch with the team and we can help you retrieve those files.

And that's it!
