When you first log into your pr.co account with your business email, you will be required to do one last extra step in order to get your campaigns up and running.

You must confirm your pr.co account, which is very easy to do: once you are in your system, you should receive an email from us with a link. By clicking on the link, your account will be confirmed. The email should look like this:

In case you have not received any confirmation email from us, contact our support team via email or live chat. Please note that we will do a security check prior to sharing any log in information from an organization with users.

If you do not confirm your account once you set it up, you will be locked out of the system. So please make sure you have this step sorted before you start using pr.co.
