Why do I need to upgrade to add a newsroom?

Our prices are per newsroom and are calculated based on the amount of newsrooms you have under your subscription. If you would like to add or remove a newsroom, get in touch with us.

Can I use one newsroom for multiple languages?

Yes, you can. Each release you publish will be marked in its language, and you'll see a button in your newsroom to filter by language.

How often do I get invoiced for my subscription?

We have two billing cycle options: monthly or annually. This usually depends on the type of contract and newsroom your organisation has with pr.co .

What is your cancellation policy?

For all types of subscriptions, we ask that you cancel with at least a month's notice. If you want your subscription to be cancelled immediately, unfortunately we are not able to refund any credits you might have until the end of your term.
