Uploads & embeds has been rebuilt from the ground up to improve performance.
You can now:
Load thousands of files almost instantly.
Search across all your uploaded files using a full-text search.
Upload up to 50 files at once with a significantly faster upload experience.
Organise files with collections
Collections help you group related files together for quicker access.
Files can belong to one or multiple collections while remaining available in your main Uploads & Embeds library.
Bulk actions
Managing large numbers of files is now much easier.
Select multiple files to add them to a collection or delete in bulk.
Select a file, then hold SHIFT, and finally click on the final file in the range you'd like to select all.
Add more information to your files
Each file now supports additional metadata, including:
About text
Copyright information
Download permissions
You can also choose whether individual files should be downloadable from your newsroom.

Transparent images are also automatically recognised to help ensure they're displayed correctly throughout your newsroom.
